- Our marketplace connects businesses with vetted security guards who work every shift using our AI copilot. It briefs them, takes their reports, and helps them do a great job. Meanwhile, every shift generates data that continuously makes our AI better.
- Clients across the country, from critical infrastructure to manufacturing facilities, trust Calvis to help keep them safe.
- You're getting in early on a category that's still run on pen and paper and selling a genuinely differentiated product into an industry that hasn't seen real innovation in decades.
- This is a hunter seat, not an account-management role. You build the pipeline, you run the deal, you close it. Full ownership from first call to signature.
- Your book of business and relationships matter here on day one.
- You'll shape how Calvis sells to enterprise, not just execute an existing playbook: the process, the pitch, and the pipeline motion are still being built.
- Own new-logo enterprise sales end-to-end: prospecting, qualifying, running the sales cycle, negotiating, and closing.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting, networking, and your existing relationships.
- Sell into facility/property management companies, healthcare systems, retail chains, and government/municipal accounts, translating their operational and risk needs into a tailored proposal.
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder deals including RFP/RFI processes and competitive bidding with decision-makers at the VP, Director, and C-suite level.
- Manage long sales cycles (6–18+ months) through procurement and legal, and negotiate large, multi-year service agreements.
- Travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a track record of consistently exceeding quota in a new-business-focused role.
- You bring an active, transferable book of business and real relationships with enterprise decision-makers.
- You have existing relationships within facility/property management, healthcare systems, retail chains, or government/municipal accounts, and ideally within security guard services, physical security, or adjacent contract services (facilities, staffing, janitorial).
- You've sold B2B services or technology solutions into complex organizations and know how to navigate procurement, legal, and long sales cycles.
- You're a hunter by nature. You build the pipeline yourself rather than waiting on inbound.
- You're comfortable running multi-stakeholder, RFP-driven deals and closing large, multi-year contracts.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and sales forecasting/pipeline management tools.
- Bonus: experience selling technology-enabled services or SaaS paired with a services delivery model, and familiarity with security industry operations (post orders, licensing/compliance, state guard regulations).
