About Us
Callaghan Engraving is a growing engraving company based in Nashville specializing in custom awards, corporate gifts, plaques, trophies, conference materials, promotional products, and personalized items.
We've built a strong reputation for quality, exceptional customer service, and fast turnaround times. We're looking for a motivated salesperson to help us grow our corporate and event client base throughout the Nashville area.
• Generate new business opportunities throughout the Nashville area
• Prospect companies, nonprofits, schools, conferences, sports organizations, and corporate clients
• Build and manage your own pipeline of qualified leads
• Reach out through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and in person visits
• Schedule meetings and close new business
• Build long term relationships with clients
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up consistently
• Self motivated and goal oriented
• Previous experience in B2B sales or business development preferred
• Comfortable generating your own leads
• Confident with cold calling and cold email outreach
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Able to work independently
• Familiarity with the Nashville business community is a plus
• 100% commission based
• Uncapped earning potential
• Flexible schedule
• Remote work with occasional local client meetings
• Opportunity to transition into a salaried position as the role grows
This is a commission only opportunity. Earnings are based entirely on performance and there is no income cap.
