About this role

We're looking for one person who knows residential HVAC from the inside, not from a manual, but from years of being on the truck, diagnosing systems, talking to homeowners, and knowing exactly where the day breaks down.

You won't be installing systems. You'll be helping us build something that makes every technician's job better. That means sitting with our team, walking us through how work actually gets done, and telling us when we're wrong.

If you've ever thought "there has to be a better way to do this" — this role is built for that instinct.

What we're looking for

• Working or recently retired HVAC technician with residential experience
• Opinionated about what's broken in the industry
• Comfortable talking through your day, your workflow, your frustrations
• No interest in a typical job

What this is not

A field technician role. You won't be dispatched to jobs.
