Job description
Job Description: Inspector:
The Inspector is responsible for performing inspection on machined and assembled parts to ensure that the final product meets all customer specifications and quality requirements prior to being shipped.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Experience in performing visual and dimensional inspections as required
• Must be able to read blueprints, process sheets and work instruction.
• Must work with a variety of inspection tooling, measuring devices and gages.
• Other duties as assigned
Education, Skills, and Physical Requirements:
• Ability to effectively communicate with other employees
• Ability to effectively use a computer and hand measurement tooling
• Must possess basic math skills
• Ability to read and interpret a drawing, specifications or a manual.
• Utilize a variety of inspection equipment to perform inspections on complex machined aerospace parts.
