Job description

THE ROLEย 

We'reย seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Chicago. In this role,ย you'llย be a critical on-the-ground presence for CTC's campus program - serving as the primary point of contact for interns, new hires, and internal stakeholders in our Chicago office.ย ย 

You'll own the day-to-day execution of our campus recruiting efforts, sourcing top talent and coordinating events to elevate CTC's brand. You'll work within a small, collaborative team alongside our Director of Recruiting and Campus Program Manager, and partner closely with our Human Capital Management team and business leaders across the firm. ย

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Events & Program Coordination ย 

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all campus and in-office recruiting events, student organizationย partnershipsย and company Superย Days.ย ย 
  • Serve as the point person in Chicago for intern and new hire onboarding and programming.ย ย 
  • Manage interview scheduling andย logisticsย during peak recruiting season (July-November).ย ย 

Sourcing & Candidate Engagementย ย 

  • Develop and executeย candidateย sourcing strategies toย identifyย and engage top talent year-round using Handshake Premium and LinkedIn Recruiter.ย ย 
  • Build andย maintainย candidate pipelines across target universities and student organizations.ย ย 

Relationship Management ย 

  • Be a great partner to third-party vendors and university career center staff.ย ย 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business partners to understand team needs and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.ย ย 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORย 

  • 2+ years of experience owning full-cycle campus recruiting, including sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Handshakeย Premiumย 
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to track recruiting metricsย using Excelย 
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail,ย strong communicationย skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyย 
  • Proficiencyย withย at least oneย applicant tracking systemย 
  • Excited to be the in-office point of contact for CTC's campus program - a go-to resource for interns, new hires, and stakeholders in Chicagoย 
  • A team-first mentality with a dedication to continuous improvement, problem-solving, and collaboration across teamsย 
  • Bachelor's degree (all majors and concentrations welcome)ย 

NICE TO HAVEย 

  • Experience working in Greenhouse Recruitingย ย 
  • Financial services industry experienceย ideally inย prop trading, hedge fund,ย and/orย asset managementย
