Overview
Primarily responsible for varied treasury activities, such as daily and long-term cash flow forecasting, verifying interest charges and earnings, and using specialized treasury software applications
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage & forecast daily cash flows to maximize available cash for investing and minimize borrowing costs

  • Ensure cash transfers are executed on a timely basis

  • Produce daily & monthly reporting of information to business partners

  • Monitor bank account balances to ensure balances are kept at minimum levels

  • Execute debt and investment trade settlement process which includes the receipt of trade details and the resolution of settlement related inquiries

  • Prepare SOX documentation, treasury policies, processes and procedures for Treasury department

  • Liaise with regional Supply Chain, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments and shared service organization

  • Liaise with regional locations regarding bank accounts, balance sheet, debt and cash flow forecasting, etc

  • Update debt schedules and provide support to Treasury staff for review

  • Provide Backup/Ongoing support as needed to Treasury personnel

  • Develop and maintain forecast and budget models sufficient to analyze and report working capital, cash flow, debt and Third party interest metrics. Analyze actual versus forecasted financial results. Provide variance analysis highlighting key business drivers as required

  • Prepare all assigned month-end closing procedures, such as calculations, analysis, and narratives

  • Other duties assigned
