What You’ll Be Doing

As a Ground Maintenance Specialist, your work will directly contribute to creating a welcoming and pleasant environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure grounds are clean and orderly.
- Mowing, trimming, and maintaining lawns and landscaped areas.
- Removing debris, trash, and other waste to maintain cleanliness.
- Monitoring and maintaining equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Assisting with seasonal tasks like snow removal or leaf collection as needed.

Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure the outdoor spaces you care for remain in top condition.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in ground maintenance or a related field.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to handle outdoor tasks and operate maintenance equipment.
- A strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
