Are you passionate about crafting delicious meals and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment? Albert G's Bar-B-Q, a beloved barbecue spot in Tulsa, OK, is looking for skilled and dedicated Line Cooks to join our team. If you thrive in a dynamic setting and have a knack for assembling plates with precision and speed, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Line Cook at Albert G's Bar-B-Q, you’ll play a key role in delivering the exceptional barbecue experience our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling plates and To-Go orders quickly and accurately.
  • Following correct plate builds and ensuring fry items are cooked to their designated times.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized line and kitchen equipment.
  • Utilizing your BBQ knife skills to prepare ingredients (previous experience is a plus!).
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced Line Cook who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Line Cook.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail to ensure plate builds are correct and consistent.
  • Flexibility to work holidays and weekends as part of your schedule.
  • A Tulsa County Food Handlers Card (required).
  • Previous BBQ knife experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
