About the role
As an Agency Learning Specialist, you'll work side-by-side with our field leaders and agents to drive meaningful business growth. This role blends consultative partnership with execution helping field leaders and agents identify learning needs, uncover sales enablement opportunities, and translate strategy into action. How does this role make an impact?
- Consults with and gathers data from leaders and key stakeholders to determine and address individual and Agency-wide learning and development gaps and needs; conducts learning needs assessment and performance assessment reviews.
- Intakes Agency training requests from Field and Home Office partners, aligning all requests back to the sales process and Agent experience.
-Develops, presents and implements learning and development strategies unique to the needs of the Agency audience, including Agency leadership, Financial Advisors, Insurance agents, and Agency teams.
- Partners with Agency Design and Training to assist in designing, developing and implementing learning solutions using various methods, including instructor led training, virtual learning, e-learning, performance support, self-directed learning, coaching and peer learning.
- Builds awareness and implements new/available training, assists with driving field engagement and adoption of training materials, and evaluates effectiveness providing training updates and reporting to field and home office leaders.
- Assist with design and execution of Agency development programs in one or more of the following areas: leadership/management development, change management, interpersonal skills, coaching and team development.
- May have responsibility for the delivery and facilitation of learning and development activities, programs and services, including instructor led training, virtual learning, group facilitation, individual development planning, assessment debriefs, individual and team coaching.
Do you have what we're looking for?
  • Proven experience consulting with leadership and stakeholders to assess learning needs and implement effective training strategies.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze training effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
  • P/C, L/H, and Series 6/63 preferred
  • Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

Base Pay Range:
$77,600-$106,700
The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
