New Home Sales Consultants serve a critical role in creating our community and are held to high standards of excellence.
Typical Duties Include:
โข Developing relationships with customers
โข Procuring and following up on sales leads for our communities
โข Networking & prospecting
โข Maintaining quality customer service and leading buyers throughout the New Home Sales process
โข Negotiating and closing deals
โข Completing accurate and timely contract paperwork
โข Obtaining and analyzing market data is critical for our communities to remain competitive
โข Strong computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
โข Weekends required
โข Maintaining standard sales office hours, but understanding flexibility to meet customer schedules is a priority

Requirements
Educational Requirements:
โข College degree or equivalent professional work experience preferred
โข A Real Estate License is not required
Preferred Experience/background:
โข 2 Years' Experience in new home sales
โข Residential home-building experience required
โข Proven knowledge of the market
โข Knowledge of sales concepts
โข Working knowledge of the mortgage industry
โข Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
โข Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
