We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development, literacy, math, physical activity, and social-emotional skills.
• Provide attentive toddler care by supporting their daily routines, including feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices.
• Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management strategies that encourage cooperation and independence.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns to build strong partnerships.
• Maintain accurate documentation of child development progress, attendance records, and incident reports in compliance with mandated reporting laws.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum tailored to individual needs, including special education or early intervention strategies when necessary.

Ensure safety standards are upheld at all times by following health protocols such as first aid and CPR procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and supervising children closely.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of child development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies.
• Familiarity with curriculum development methods including Montessori or other educational frameworks suited for infants and toddlers.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in childhood welfare laws is a plus.
• Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and social-emotional learning.
• Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is advantageous.
