Job Description:

This role provides Systems Engineering support for the installation and maintenance of the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (EMTS2) developed on the Microsoft (MS) Dynamics Platform. The ETMS2 is a MS based application that provides a correspondence management solution for the Department of Defense (DoD). There are more than 60 ETMS2 deployments across the DoD. The MS Systems Engineer supporting this role will be working with multiple MS technologies including Dynamics, SharePoint, SQL, Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, load balancing (software or hardware), Exchange, and IaaS/SaaS offerings including Azure Active Directory, Dynamics Online, Office 365.

Basic Qualifications:

• Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Security+ certification (or higher relevant certification)
• Strong core knowledge of Microsoft products and technology
• 3-5 years of MS Active Directory design and implementation experience
• 3-5 years of Windows Server technology administration and maintenance
• 1-3 years of web based .Net Application support
• 1-2 years of SharePoint Administration
• 3-5 years troubleshooting experience for both routine and complex problems
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years supporting an application using SQL Server
• 1 plus years Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience
• 1 year Azure Active Directory experience
• Background and understanding of Defense Agency organizations and operations
• Knowledge/Understand of DoD Security Technical Implementation Guide and practices
• Ability to leverage knowledge/experience to learn/understand complex solutions in a dynamic environment
