What You’ll Do

  • Guide patients in selecting eyeglasses that fit their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style
  • Measure, fit, and adjust eyewear to ensure comfort, accuracy, and proper alignment
  • Dispense glasses and educate patients on care, cleaning, and usage
  • Process and verify eyeglass orders with precision
  • Maintain and organize frame inventory and optical supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer service—answering questions, solving problems, and making each visit feel welcoming
  • Support a smooth, efficient patient flow in a busy, growing practice
