Inside Sales Representative — Hourly + Commission

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Work Setting: On-Site

About the Role

We are looking for motivated, hardworking, and dependable individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Representatives.

This is more than a traditional hourly position. We offer hourly pay plus commission, giving motivated team members the opportunity to increase their earnings based on their performance.

You’ll spend your day speaking with customers and prospects, building relationships, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and working toward sales goals.

No prior sales experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidates. We care more about your work ethic, attitude, consistency, and willingness to learn than your previous experience.

Make and receive calls with customers and prospects

Maintain accurate customer information

Provide an excellent customer experience

Consistently improve sales performance

Compensation & Opportunity

Hourly Pay + Commission

You’ll receive a reliable hourly wage while also having the opportunity to earn additional income based on your sales performance.

We are looking for people who want to grow their income through hard work and results, not simply work a 9–5 and collect a paycheck.

Commission structure and specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview.
