    School Nurse - LPN

    Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a School Nurse - LPN through our partnership with Susquenita School District!

    CCRES is seeking a caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide health services to students in school settings. Working under the supervision of a Certified School Nurse, the LPN supports student health, safety, and access to education.

    The daily rate for a School Nurse - LPN is $200 per day

    Location: Susquenita School District

    Schedule: 7:30am to 2:50pm -- 7.5 paid hours per day (on full school day)

    Follow student academic calendar year

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct nursing care to students with acute and chronic health needs
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
    • Monitor and document student health status and nursing services provided
    • Respond to student illnesses, injuries, and emergencies
    • Assist with the implementation of Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs), 504 Plans, and IEP-related health services
    • Communicate effectively with families, school staff, and healthcare providers regarding student health needs
    • Maintain accurate, confidential health records
    • Support health screenings, immunization compliance, and other school health initiatives
    • Collaborate with educational teams to support student success
