Care247, LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our growing team. DSPs provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and community-based settings.
This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others. Candidates must be available to work weekdays and weekends, including evenings as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and supervision to individuals served in accordance with their Individual Service Plan (ISP)
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Support individuals with medication administration (as trained and certified)
  • Maintain documentation and complete daily progress notes accurately and timely
  • Assist with community outings, appointments, and social activities
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
  • Implement behavior support strategies and follow agency policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, guardians, nurses, and team members
  • Provide transportation as needed (valid driver’s license required)
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Ability to complete required DODD and agency trainings
  • Experience in developmental disabilities preferred but not required
  • Must be flexible and available to work both weekdays and weekends
