We are looking for a reliable and organized person to help with customer follow-ups and appointment scheduling for our roofing company.
This is a part-time position, about 4 hours per day. The main responsibility is calling leads and customers, following up consistently, and helping schedule appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
* Call leads and follow up with potential customers
* Schedule appointments for sales representatives
* Send follow-up text messages when needed
* Keep track of leads and customer communication
* Help organize daily appointments and follow-ups
* Provide friendly and professional customer service
Requirements:
* Good communication skills
* Comfortable making phone calls
* Basic computer and phone skills
* Organized and responsible
* Spanish and English preferred
