We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual Logistics & Inventory Coordinator (English/Mandarin) to join our team. This role is responsible for tracking and coordinating incoming containers, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting general office administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working between warehouse operations and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and coordinate incoming shipping containers
- Communicate with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders (Mandarin & English)
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely warehouse intake
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update internal systems
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Assist with documentation related to shipments and logistics
- Provide general administrative support to the office team as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper receiving and storage
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or inventory management preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
- Experience coordinating international shipments
- Familiarity with container tracking systems
- QuickBooks or inventory management software experience is a plus
