C.A.R.E. For Me Children's Learning Center has been serving children ages 6 weeks to 13 years old, and their families since 2004. Our family oriented environment and culture allows children to thrive in a safe, loving and secure environment. Candidates for hire must possess patience and an eagerness to help children thrive.

• Daily planning, management, and supervision of the classroom and children.
• Maintains written and verbal communication with parents.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to physically get down on the floor with toddlers and respond quickly.
• Create weekly lesson plans and assess children using the Teaching Strategies
• Ensure a healthy classroom environment - including sanitizing toys, handwashing, diapering and supervision.
• Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement including 20 hours of professional development yearly.

• Child Development Associates (CDA) or minimum of 2 years of professional childcare experience working with toddlers in a licensed setting
• Professionalism and positive work history
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills
• Ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment
• Self-motivated
• Must be able to pass all criminal, child abuse, and drug screenings
• Must be able to work a 35 to 40 hours per week.

• Bilingual
• Understanding of American Sign Language
• CPR and First Aid training
