C&M Concrete Precast and Construction, located in Kerrville, TX, is a well-established company specializing in concrete precast and construction services. We are looking for dedicated and professional CDL Drivers (Class A) to join our Precast Department. This role offers the advantage of being home every night, with minimal time spent driving and a focus on hands-on, out-of-truck work. Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver concrete precast products to various locations.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring secure and efficient handling of all products.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company on job sites and with clients.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies during deliveries and while on site.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
• Current DOT medical card
• Recent Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Compensation

$50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience. Opportunity to earn up to $60,000 in your first year.
