Compensation:$60,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Create detailed and accurate auto body repair estimates to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with technicians and parts departments to verify the accuracy of repair plans and parts availability
- Maintain open communication with customers, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the repair process
- Utilize industry-standard software to document and track all estimates, ensuring compliance with company and insurance guidelines
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess repair needs and determine the most efficient repair methods
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters to negotiate and finalize repair estimates, ensuring fair and timely settlements
- Stay updated on industry trends and repair techniques to continuously improve estimating accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications:Experience:
- Auto Estimating: 5 years (Preferred)
- Experience writing/working with all major DRP programs (Geico, Progressive, USAA, Allstate, etc.) preferred
- Prior experience working as an insurance adjuster is welcomed
- Parts Trader Experience (preferred)
- ADAS exposure or experience writing & billing (preferred)
- Understanding of gross profit (preferred)
