As our solutions business continues to grow, we are looking for a Contingent Talent Business Partner to support the launch and ongoing operation of a new Managed Service Program (MSP) for a rapidly expanding client in the data center industry.
NES Advantage, the workforce solutions division of NES Fircroft, is looking for an experienced Contingent Talent Business Partner to support the launch and ongoing management of a new Managed Service Program (MSP) for a rapidly expanding client within the thriving data center sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for a workforce solutions professional who is passionate about partnering with stakeholders, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional contingent talent outcomes in a fast-paced and growing environment.
As a Contingent Talent Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while managing supplier relationships and overseeing the full contingent hiring lifecycle. From workforce planning and requisition management to onboarding, assignment management, and offboarding, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless experience for hiring managers, suppliers, and contingent workers alike.
Key responsibilities include:
✅ Building strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders
✅ Leading intake meetings to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
✅ Managing end-to-end contingent recruitment activities through the MSP program
✅ Coordinating staffing suppliers and monitoring performance against KPIs and SLAs
✅ Providing workforce insights, reporting, and market intelligence to support decision-making
✅ Ensuring compliance with client policies, program requirements, and employment regulations
✅ Identifying opportunities for process improvement and service excellence
We're looking for professionals with:
• 5+ years of experience in MSP, RPO, contingent workforce management, agency recruitment, or workforce solutions • Experience supporting high-volume hiring across industries such as data centers, construction, engineering, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure • Strong knowledge of ATS, VMS, and HR technology platforms • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities • Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills
