Mowing Crew Leader

C&C Exterior Services is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to take over and manage our established residential mowing routes in the Knoxville area.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can consistently provide a clean, professional cut for our customers. This position will primarily involve mowing and maintaining residential properties while keeping up with a scheduled route.

Responsibilities:

• Mow and maintain residential lawns on a scheduled route

• Weed eat, edge, and blow off driveways and walkways

• Safely operate commercial lawn-care equipment

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at each property

• Communicate with customers when needed

• Keep equipment clean and report maintenance issues

• Complete routes efficiently and on schedule

What we're looking for:

• Reliable and dependable

• Hardworking and takes pride in their work

• Previous mowing experience 

• Comfortable operating commercial walk-behind and stand on mowers

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Able to work independently and stay on schedule

• Good communication and customer-service skills

This is an opportunity to take over an established mowing route with existing customers rather than starting from scratch. The goal is for the right person to eventually handle the mowing operation independently while our owners focus on growing the other services within the company.

Pay will be based on experience and responsibilities, with opportunities for additional work and advancement for the right person.
