We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Property Management team as the Luxury Real Estate General Manager for "The Rocklyn" at 20 Rockwell Place. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and ensuring the highest level of service for our luxury real estate property.
Lead a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional service to residents and guests
Manage day-to-day operations, including maintenance, leasing, and financial performance
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall resident experience
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Oversee property financials to ensure profitability and budget adherence
Implement preventative maintenance programs to uphold property standards
Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance performance and skills
