Burnside Insurance Group is a growing, locally owned independent insurance agency serving clients throughout Tennessee and Georgia. We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team as an Account Manager / Insurance Advisor.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in business, sales, customer service, financial services, or relationship management. No insurance experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate and provide licensing assistance.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor
• Assist clients with insurance questions, policy changes, and service requests
• Review insurance coverage and provide recommendations
• Follow up with prospective clients who request quotes
• Identify opportunities to help clients better protect their families, homes, vehicles, and businesses
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Work closely with agency leadership to support continued growth
