Job description

About the Role:
Brubella Incorporated is looking for a reliable and motivated Produce Delivery Driver to join our team in Freehold, NJ. In this role, you'll be the face of our company — ensuring fresh, quality produce reaches our customers safely and on time. 

Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport fresh produce to customers on assigned routes
  • Load and unload produce shipments, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
  • Verify delivery accuracy by checking orders against invoices and manifests
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked delivery vehicle
  • Build positive relationships with customers through professional and courteous service
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies
  • Report vehicle maintenance needs and complete pre/post-trip inspections
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Prior experience in delivery driving, logistics, or food distribution preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines
  • Familiarity with local routes in and around Freehold, NJ is a plus
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work early morning hours
  • Basic math skills for verifying orders and handling delivery documentation
What We Offer
  • $18.00 per hour
  • Stable, consistent schedule (approximately 35 hours per week)
  • W-2 position — no cash or off-the-books work
  • 401(k) plan
Schedule
  • Start at 5:30 AM and finish around 12:00 PM
  • Approximately 35 hours per week
  • One weekend day required (Saturday or Sunday)
