Job Description

Clinical Excellence: Provide high-quality dental hygiene care to patients in a patient-centered, private practice setting.
Collaboration: Work closely with Dr. Foster and Dr. Lo to maintain a smooth, "on-time" clinical flow.
Patient Advocacy: Build relationships with patients through education and preventative care.
Professional Standards: Maintain compliance with Minnesota dental regulations and infection control.

Salary Range

Full-time $48 - $50 per hour

Shift & Schedule

Standard Hours: Mon–Wed (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and Thurs (7:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
Flexibility: No nights or weekends!
Optional Growth: Thursday afternoons and Fridays are available if you want more hours, but they are not required.

Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years)
• Licensed dental hygienist

Licensure: Must be an active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Minnesota.
Certifications: Current CPR/BLS Certification required.
Continuing Education: Must be up to date with all CE credits and state requirements.
Experience Level: Open to both Entry-Level and experienced candidates.
