Position Details

• Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Employment: Full-Time
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Schedule: Weekend rotations are required

Because this is an armed security position, we are looking for mature and responsible individuals who understand the level of professionalism and judgment that comes with carrying a firearm while on duty.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Maintaining a visible security presence
• Conducting routine patrols of assigned properties
• Monitoring for suspicious or unauthorized activity
• Responding appropriately to incidents and disturbances
• Documenting incidents and completing accurate written reports
• Communicating with property management, company supervisors, and law enforcement when necessary
• Protecting client property while maintaining professional interactions with residents, visitors, employees, and members of the public
• Following all Brooks Security LLC policies, procedures, and post order.

Requirements

Applicants must be legally eligible to work as an armed security officer and carry a firearm in the State of Indiana as applicable to the position.

Candidates must also be able to perform the essential duties of the position and successfully complete Brooks Security LLC's hiring and screening process.
