Job Requirements are as follows:

• Current/Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License
• 2 years of prior experience as a Commercial lines account manager
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Must be detailed oriented and take a lot of pride in providing excellent customer service
• Someone who is interested in creating long-term, trusting relationships with clients
• Prior experience with Applied EPIC agency management is REQUIRED
• Experience working with national carriers, i.e: Hartford, Amtrust, Chubb, Travelers, Hanover, Liberty Mutual, CNA, Markel, Mercury, BHHC

Job Duties:

• Provide Support for a Senior Commercial lines account manager with pulling loss runs, preparing renewal submissions, processing endorsements, issuing renewals
• Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
• Provide primary (main) day-today point of contact for clients
• Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve escalated complex service issues that require policy interpretation and experience based judgment to resolve; may also negotiate with underwriters and carriers
• Inside sales and cross-selling of existing agency book
• Administration of daily workflow including renewals, endorsements, proof of coverage, etc.
• Respond to customer and carrier needs in a timely and professional manner
• Provide in depth coverage knowledge and advice
• Maintain up to date and accurate client files in the agency management system
• Be able to work independently without oversight while maintaining a positive, collaborative relationship with team members
• Keep up to date with industry changes and laws

Compensation:

• Salary Position with commission bonus opportunities (Salary is based on experience)
