Location: Warehouse BBQ – Youngsville, NC
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: Based on experience + growth opportunity
About Us:
Warehouse BBQ is where flavor lives, smoke reigns, and every dish is made with soul. We’re known for scratch-made eats and hand-trimmed meats—and now we need a back-of-house MVP to keep the engine running. This position is for someone who lives to prep, clean, cut, peel, and hustle hard behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Remove feathers from raw chicken wings
- Peel membrane off ribs and trim briskets
- Pull smoked pork and chicken (no shortcuts—get it clean!)
- Debone smoked turkey and chop for service
- Peel & cut potatoes, onions, and peppers
- Sauté onions and peppers to smoky perfection
- Boil noodles for our famous smoked mac & cheese
- Wash dishes and keep prep stations clean and organized
- Follow a prep list, manage time, and maintain food safety standards
- Jump in wherever needed—this is a team sport!
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Takes pride in prep work and understands it’s the foundation of great BBQ
- Is reliable, organized, and moves with purpose
- Isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty (literally)
- Can follow instructions and hustle in a fast-paced kitchen
- Shows up early, stays focused, and helps the team win
- Is respectful, coachable, and has a great attitude
- Has kitchen experience (preferred, but not required)
