 Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and dedicated Infant Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for infants. You will support early development and build strong relationships with children and families.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities.
• Support children’s cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
• Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment
• Track and communicate children’s progress with families.
• Collaborate with staff and follow licensing guidelines
  

Qualifications

• Experience with infants or early childhood education preferred
  
• CDA, ECE degree, or equivalent experience
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• Patient, nurturing, and reliable
  
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
