Entry-Level Sales Representative

BridgePoint Acquisitions is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team in Collingswood, NJ. This position is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in sales, marketing, or business development. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you’ll engage directly with customers, represent established brands, and receive paid training from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote our clients’ products and services within key retail locations
• Communicate promotions, product features, and services clearly and accurately to customers
• Provide excellent customer service and create positive customer experiences
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Track personal and team sales performance
• Assist with new product launches, promotional events, and brand representation
• Work closely with team members and leaders to develop sales and communication skills

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, customer-facing environment
