Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Services Associate to join our financial planning office. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in financial services, and a passion for customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in managing client accounts, analyzing their needs, and collaborating with various teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
The Client Service Associate handles a variety of tasks, including:
- Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling client meetings, generating and mailing correspondence, and maintaining office functions.
- Client Interaction: Interacting with clients in person and over the phone, addressing questions and requests.
- Paperwork and Documentation: Preparing and reviewing new account and service paperwork, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining client records.
- Operational Support: Managing computer software and reports, CRM, and assisting with tasks related to client service requests.
- Social Media/Marketing: Keeping websites current, organizing office/client events, keeping social media pages up to date

- Experience:

- Experience with client service, managing accounts, and administrative tasks
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree or associates degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
