The Office Manager will be responsible for managing customer appointments, scheduling installs, writing quotes, providing excellent customer service, etc. Responsibilities: Schedule customer appointments using phone, email and/or text. Maintain accurate and updated customer records. Inquire cost of windows and write quotes for customers. Skills: Proficiency in administrative tasks. Experience with window sales preferred. Strong customer service and organizational skills are a must. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred. Ability to operate phone systems efficiently.
