Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions focusing on client-centered care, utilizing evidence-based practices to assist clients in navigating their emotional and psychological obstacles.
• Foster a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic environment conducive to open dialogue, enabling clients to explore their feelings and emotions.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish and monitor personalized treatment plans, setting achievable goals tailored to their specific needs.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health concerns and develop actionable, solution-focused strategies for management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our clientele spans various demographics, giving you the chance to apply your skills in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A valid, independent mental health license in Washington state, such as:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in telehealth settings or remote counseling.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, complemented by a competitive benefits package. This includes:
