Job description
This AE role focuses on LATAM buyers and bilingual opportunities. You’ll close website and growth services for businesses that want a U.S.-caliber partner without the corporate nonsense. Fluent Spanish and strong English are required. Compensation is in USD; hours flex across time zones with overlap to the Scottsdale team.
Responsibilities- Run bilingual discovery, demos, and closings for LATAM and bilingual U.S. Hispanic markets
- Adapt offers and messaging to local context without diluting Brand Bongo standards
- Build pipeline with SDR/BDR support and your own outbound where needed
- Keep CRM hygiene excellent across languages and regions
- Flag product and process improvements that help LATAM clients succeed
- Fluent Spanish and professional English (written and spoken)
- 2+ years closing digital, agency, or SaaS deals
- Based in LATAM (or strongly connected) with reliable remote setup
- Comfortable selling to owners and decision-makers
- AI-curious and organized
