Job Description:
Staff Force is seeking a motivated and driven Recruiter to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in staffing and recruiting. Prior experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and manufacturing positions
• Coordinate placements and onboarding for new hires
• Maintain communication with candidates and clients
• Manage job postings and applicant tracking systems
• Support daily office and recruiting operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Administrative and customer service experience
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Prior staffing or recruiting experience preferred, especially within light industrial or manufacturing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the staffing industry
• Must have a Texas Driver License
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
