Job description

Looking for 40 general labor helpers
MUST RESIDE IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY* -
Experience: Beginner-level experience in a production, manufacturing, or industrial warehouse environment is preferred. - Language: Basic communication skills in English and Spanish. - Skills: Basic understanding of production procedures and material flow within a plant; strong attention to detail and excellent teamwork. Physical Demands & Work Environment: - Stamina: Ability to stand and walk constantly for prolonged periods of time, up to 12 hours per shift. - Mobility: Physical capacity to bend, twist, crouch, and climb occasionally. - Lifting: Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing between 0 to 50 lbs. - Environment: Regular exposure to industrial noise, dust, variations in temperature, elevated areas, greasy zones, and confined spaces.

Stage 1 (Month 1 - Training Phase):
- Pay Rate: $14.50/hr
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts rotating weekly between Day and Night shifts (one week on day, one week on night) across 3 shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Stage 2 (Month 2):
- Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (7:30 AM – 7:30 PM and 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM), rotating weekly between day and night, working 5 days one week and 4 days the next week.
- Stage 3 (Month 3 onward):
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule (7:30 AM – 7:30 PM and 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM). Starting from Month 3, the rotation between day and night shifts will switch to every 3 months.
- Pay Rate: Base pay increases to $18.00/hr, and a good portion of employees who reach this stage will be promoted to Jr. Operators at $21.00/hr.
Spanish speaker and bilingual is a plus
