Minimum 2 years HANDS-ON TIG welding experience is required with 3-5 years being preferred, as well as basic mechanical skills, to include grinding and reading a tape measure. Must be a fast learner and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Candidate must have the ability to work independently, as well as being able to take directions when given. This is a possible temp to hire position, depending on the individual and their abilities to learn the necessary skills, and their commitment to the position.

Must be available to work in the heat in a shop.

Must be able to lift minimum of 50 lbs.

Must have steel toe boots, company will provide other safety equipment.

Must be available to work overtime & weekends, as needed.
