About the Role:
The Bus Driver position at our Cocoa Branch is integral to providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services within the Consumer Support Services industry. The primary goal of this role is to ensure passengers reach their destinations on time while adhering strictly to all safety and regulatory standards. This position requires operating commercial vehicles responsibly, managing routes effectively, and maintaining clear communication with dispatch and passengers. The Bus Driver will also be responsible for performing routine vehicle inspections and reporting any maintenance needs to ensure operational safety. Ultimately, this role contributes to enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous service in every interaction.

The required skills such as reading maps and following instructions are essential for navigating routes accurately and ensuring timely arrivals. Proficiency in operating vehicle controls like brakes and gear shifts is critical for maintaining passenger safety and comfort during transit. Knowledge of DOT regulations ensures compliance with legal and safety standards, which is vital for both the driver and passenger protection.
