Are you a master of multitasking with a flair for customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a dynamic team? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are looking for a talented Server to join our team at Bowldogs in North Liberty, IA. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay to kitchen staff
- Ensure guests receive their orders in a timely manner
- Answer customer questions about menu items and specials
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player mentality
- 18 or older
- Must have or be willing to acquire and maintain an active I-PACT certification
