Bounce N Round Inflatables

We are looking for a smiling, energetic, reliable, timely, self-motivated, outgoing individual to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday managing our new facility making special memories for birthday parties.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing customer orders and scheduling staff to support each event
• Manage a team of two to three people
• Setup tables and chairs, decorate, and assist customers for birthday parties.
• Host birthday parties and lead activities to include bouncing, bubbles, hula hoops and serving food.
• Assist guests with check in process to include waivers, safety requirements, and communicating with guests during their event
• Sweep and Mop floors, vacuum floors, clean restrooms, empty trash and place in dumpster
• Attend all required training sessions and scheduled meetings
• Respond quickly, efficiently, and professionally to customer requests
• Assist with cleanup and maintenance of party facility
• Enforce all safety rules and regulations promptly and professionally, notifying management of any inappropriate behavior that you need assistance with
• Show up to work as scheduled with a smile and positive attitude

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have supervisory experience
• Must be able to add/edit orders and process payment transactions
• Ability to work with attention to detail and with a sense of urgency
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Customer service and strong communication skills are required
• Ability to assist with putting up and taking down bounce houses when needed
• Must be able to work Friday 5:30 - 8:00 PM Saturday and Sunday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM- Please do not apply if you are not able to work these hours
