Boston Telecom Solutions is on a mission: to make wireless connectivity feel less like a nightmare and more like, well, magic. We are hiring a Full Time Team Member to support our Verizon campaign. The Full Time Team Member guides customers through plans, and helps real households cut the cord on fake wireless connectivity promises.

As a Full Time Team Member, you're not just joining a team—you're joining the Verizon revolution! The Full Time Team Member becomes an expert in everything from wireless packages to new devices, delivering such excellent service that customers might just think they have 5G blood running through their veins.

Key Responsibilities of the Full Time Team Member

  • Engage with customers directly and promote Verizon's 5G solutions in a compliant friendly manner.
  • Promote customer engagement by identifying needs and recommending Verizon's 5G services devices and wireless service solutions.
  • Deliver product education by explaining features, service plans, and bundled promotions to support confident purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with fellow Full Time Team Members to align sales strategies, share insights, and drive consistent results across Verizon campaigns.
  • Build expertise through ongoing training in sales operations, customer engagement, and technology relevant to Verizon's offerings.

Minimum Qualifications of the Full Time Team Member

  • Experience in sales, retail, or customer support is valued; telecom or consumer electronics background is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills to explain Verizon’s 5G wireless solutions and devices to customers clearly and confidently.
  • Proficiency in point‐of‐sale systems and digital tools to process transactions, track sales, and ensure compliance with Verizon standards.
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable, with resilience to excel in Verizon’s fast‐paced sales environment.
