We are seeking an experienced Crownpeak Technical Lead to lead architecture, development, and implementation of enterprise digital experience and content management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Crownpeak CMS/DXM, modern front-end technologies, API integrations, and scalable customer-facing applications.

This role will work closely with Product, Marketing, UX, and Engineering teams to build and support enterprise web experiences and digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

·       Lead architecture and technical design for Crownpeak implementations.

·       Design and develop reusable templates, components, workflows, and content structures.

·       Build and support integrations with:

·       REST APIs

·       Customer platforms

·       Authentication systems

·       Analytics platforms

·       Microservices

·       Develop and support dynamic content delivery solutions.

·       Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on customer journey enhancements and personalization initiatives.

·       Lead code reviews and establish development standards and best practices.

·       Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.

·       Support deployment and CI/CD activities.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

·       Ensure accessibility, SEO, security, and performance standards are met.

Required Skills

·       8+ years of software development experience

·       3+ years of Crownpeak CMS/DXM experience

·       Strong experience with:

·       JavaScript / TypeScript

·       React.js

·       HTML5

·       CSS3

·       REST APIs

·       JSON/XML

·       Experience with:

·       Content modeling

·       Headless CMS architecture

·       API-driven applications

·       Git

·       CI/CD pipelines

·       Agile/Scrum

Preferred Skills

Experience with:

·       Next.js

·       Node.js

·       Personalization platforms

·       Analytics integrations

·       Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
