Role Description

The Book Boys Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Arlington, VA. This role supports the flow of incoming and outgoing book inventory, including receiving shipments, unloading vehicles, and organizing books and materials in the warehouse. The Warehouse Associate prepares orders for transport, packs and labels boxes, and stages pallets for efficient shipping and redistribution. Daily tasks may include operating warehouse equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and collaborating with team members to meet handling and throughput goals.
