we are seeking a full time or part time line cook who can join our small back of house crew. experience is great but we're really looking for people who can fit in with our team and culture we've worked hard to build over the years
essential duties include (but are not limited to):
- responsible for multiple aspects of kitchen operations including, but not limited to, preparation, cooking, and portioning of food
- ability to effectively open and close the kitchen in a timely and clean manner
- properly use kitchen equipment including, but not limited to fryers, blenders, food processors, steamers, etc)
- a familiarity with common allergens and dietary restrictions
- able to communicate and work effectively with managers and ownership
- maintain a high level of consistency and quality as set by ownership
- maintain cleanliness in accordance with the Health Department and restaurant standards
- putting away orders and keeping all storage spaces organized and tidy at all times
- desire to grow within the company one day
