Bond & Vale is expanding in the United States and looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Sales Broker to join our Dallas team.

You’ll work directly with founders, CEOs, business owners and senior decision-makers across North America. You’ll introduce clients to Bond & Vale’s communications and media solutions and manage opportunities from initial conversation through to close.

What You’ll Do

- Speak with founders, CEOs and senior business leaders

- Introduce prospective clients to Bond & Vale’s communications solutions

- Develop and manage your sales pipeline

- Conduct professional commercial conversations by phone

- Build strong, long-term client relationships

- Work closely with leadership to achieve revenue targets

- Meet and exceed individual sales goals

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent spoken and written English

- Confidence communicating with senior decision-makers

- Professional, articulate and comfortable speaking on the phone

- Ambitious, resilient and target-driven

- Organized, self-motivated and coachable

- Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment or account management is required

- Based in or within commuting distance of Dallas

- Authorization to work in the United States

A college degree is welcome but not required. We value commercial ability, professionalism and performance.

On-target earnings are based on achieving defined sales targets and are not guaranteed. With uncapped commission, high performers may earn above the stated OTE.

Location

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in **Dallas, Texas**. The successful candidate must be able to attend the Dallas office as required.
