BoatCraft is looking for an experienced Marine Mechanic / Marine Technician with a proven track record to join our growing service team.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for a skilled technician who can confidently diagnose problems, make quality repairs, and take ownership of their work.

What You’ll Do

● Diagnose, service, and repair marine engines and systems

● Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, fuel, cooling, and steering issues

● Perform maintenance, engine repairs, rigging, and equipment installations

● Use diagnostic software and testing equipment to accurately identify problems

● Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

What We’re Looking For

● 3+ years of professional marine technician experience preferred

● Proven diagnostic and repair ability

● Experience with outboard and/or sterndrive engines

● Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

● Manufacturer certifications or factory training are a plus

● Dependable, organized, and able to work independently

● Valid driver’s license and strong work history
