Blue Valley Builders is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Residential Interior Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing, painting, and finishing interior surfaces for new construction residential spaces. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a strong eye for color and detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Paint walls, ceilings, trim, and doors in newly constructed homes.
• Apply paint, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment according to project specifications
• Protect furniture, flooring, and fixtures from paint damage using drop cloths, masking tape, and other protective measures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Collaborate with contractors and team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an interior painter or similar role.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret color charts and specifications.
• Physical stamina to lift, climb ladders, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment:

• Mostly indoor work with exposure to fumes and chemicals; appropriate protective gear provided.
• May require occasional overtime or weekend work depending on project timelines.

Compensation:

• Experience-based pay ($20-30/hour)
