Job Title: Client Growth & Sales Manager

About the Role:

This isn't just another sales job—it's a career wealth-builder.

We're looking for a driven Account Manager / Sales Representative to join our marketing firm. You'll own the full client lifecycle: closing new B2B business, then managing and growing those accounts over the long term.

Here's the key: You don't just earn a commission once and move on. You'll build residual income as clients stay month after month. Every deal you close today pays you again tomorrow, next month, and next year.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect and close new B2B clients (cold calling included)
  • Onboard and manage ongoing client relationships
  • Use our CRM to track leads, pipeline, and renewals
  • Watch your monthly recurring commissions stack over time

Ideal Candidate:

  • Comfortable on the phones – cold calling doesn't scare you
  • CRM-confident – you can log, track, and follow up without being reminded
  • B2B sales experience – even 6–12 months. Marketing industry? Even better.
  • Hungry but organized – you're self-motivated, but you follow a system
  • Long-term thinker – you want to get paid for work you did 6 months ago
