Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients to establish rapport and foster positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical standards and professional boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, prepare for upcoming appointments, and make discharge recommendations where appropriate.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment evaluations, for each client to support effective care coordination.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine mental health needs and develop an initial treatment strategy.
• Engage in individual supervision to enhance professional skills and ensure the highest standards of practice are met.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to deliver holistic care and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficient with digital tools and technologies, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and Pimsy for effective practice management.
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating applied knowledge of therapeutic techniques.
• Solid understanding and comfort with conducting intake assessments to accurately identify client needs.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in integrated care settings, community mental health, or trauma-informed care practices will be highly regarded. Familiarity with treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Blossom Health Counseling offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. Our compensation model is fee-for-service, which means you can expect guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, providing financial stability without lengthy wait times for reimbursement.
