Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments via video conferencing to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, ensuring accurate and holistic understanding.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring they are aligned with client goals.
  • Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to address diverse mental health concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated care tailored to clients’ complex needs.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
  • Participate in regular supervision sessions, case discussions, and ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients represent a diverse demographic, encompassing adolescents, adults, and seniors facing an array of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction-related issues. Qualifications
  • A valid LMHC license in the state of Washington.
  • A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience
